In the spirit of the Twitter Friday Follow, the Book Blogger Hop is a place just for book bloggers and readers to connect and share our love of the written word! This weekly BOOK PARTY is an awesome opportunity for book bloggers to connect with other book lovers, make new friends, support each other, and generally just share our love of books! It will also give blog readers a chance to find other book blogs to read! So, grab the logo, post about the Hop on your blog, and start HOPPING through the list of blogs that are posted in the Linky list below!!

My answer: My favorite post is the one I did for Armchair BEA last Friday on Blogging Insecurity. I think we all deal with insecurity on some level in relation to our blogging, so this post is really special to me. It got some pretty positive feedback from other bloggers so I wanted to share it again for those who may not have seen it. I hope it will be of help to you, too!

It is hosted through Photobucket and I just checked and the image it working for me. Can you let me know if you are still having problems? If so, I’ll change to another image host. Thanks.
I’m also having an issue with the image. All that shows up is a small rectangular white book with the word “Book” in it.
By the way, I think something might be up with the code on your button. Some other bloggers and I were having trouble putting the html in on our pages.

Great pick! I absolutely loved all of the Armchair BEA posts. I thought the topics they came up with were just fantastic and I really enjoyed reading everyone’s responses. I missed some on the last days and need to go back though.
But I agree, I think we all deal with insecurity when it comes to our blog. If we haven’t gotten a new follower in a while or no comments, we start to wonder what we’re doing wrong. It can be hard, but I just try to keep it about the books and about talking about books, even if I’m just talking to myself most of the time! lol

I just wanted to let you know that I love your new look. I know it was probably necessary with the changeover, but I think it’s really nice.
I really liked that post, too!
And I also had trouble with the code for the Hop button. So I just copied and pasted the actual image instead of the text.
Jenn, I didn’t see the post the first time you published it, but it was so wonderful to read it now. I myself was thinking just the other day about how many posts begin with the blogger apologizing for something. I actually have a Sunday Salon started for this weekend about why bloggers feel the need to say “I’m sorry.” Like you mentioned in your tips…it’s each bloggers blog, how much you blog, what your content is, etc. reflects the blogger. PERIOD. And, that’s the way it should be. We shouldn’t have to explain anything to anyone about our blogs. If a blogger is blogging for any other reason than himself/herself and the selected content, he/she probably shouldn’t be blogging anyway. My opinion of course
I also loved your blog on insecurity. I even commented on it! It was great to read and even helped me think about getting over my insecurities.
I’m wondering if I should move my blog too… Blogger is giving me issues again. I haven’t been able to comment on two different blogs today!
